EzyInvoicing launches
We introduced EzyInvoicing to simplify compliance and invoicing for hospitality businesses — the foundation of what is now ezySuite.
600 properties and counting
We crossed 600 hospitality customers and deepened partnerships with leading hospitality technology providers.
Went global — launched in Malaysia
caratRED Technologies Sdn. Bhd. opened in Malaysia, supporting the country's national e-Invoicing initiative — our first market beyond India.
Coming to the UAE — and AI-first
We're expanding into the UAE ahead of its e-invoicing mandate, and rolling out our AI platforms for guest intelligence and security.
